Refund requests
If you paid for access and cannot use the service because of a verified service-side issue, contact support with your account email and payment details.
Refund eligibility depends on the payment method, the subscription period, and whether VPN access was already issued and used.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds may be refused for abuse, violation of the acceptable use policy, chargeback fraud, or requests made after a substantial part of the subscription period has passed.
Temporary third-party network blocks, local device issues, or unsupported client apps may require troubleshooting before a refund decision.

Send your request through the official Telegram support channel. Include your account email, payment date, plan, and a short description of the problem.
